Perseverance

Perseverance is incredibly important...

It is not an easy process.

It takes us having the ability to see beyond our current circumstances, whether favorable or unfavorable, and to take hold of this hope that there is something better on the other side of where we are.

One of the best character traits a person can embody is perseverance. To persevere means to display a continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition.

Here at the Son’s Children, we are no strangers to perseverance. Our staff is filled with people who understand diligence and determination. We’ve worked under immense pressure, have had to create work-arounds when necessary, and have learned to simply “get it done”.

Facing adversity is something so many in our community have dealt with. I’d say that within the last year, we’ve really dealt with some fairly sobering situations. From deaths to losses, to changes in our staff, all of it has played a part in us having to persevere.

Amidst all of the changes, however, I can confidently say that we have remained fixed and focused on our goal of moving forward and making our Learning Center as best as it can possibly be!

Making the decision to persevere really means that come what may, we are fixed.

Resolved.

Immovable.

Steadfast.

We continue to remain committed because we understand there is a larger vision we are working towards at this Learning Center! & that vision requires us to be able to endure short term adversities in order to see the long term gain!

The journey through is worth it.

I pray that as you walk out your day, that whatever may come your way, that you would be one who perseveres!

Friend, whatever vision God has given you, in whatever area of your life, we stand with you in agreement that you will endure and persevere through the hard moments in order to see those things materialize!

We love you and are praying for you!

In Jesus name, amen!
