We believe in God's love for us

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

JESUS SAID

But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” 15 And he placed his hands on their heads and blessed them before he left. (Matthew 19:14-15 NLT)

Plus

In Matthew 19:14, children serve as a metaphor of the humility necessary for entrance into the kingdom of heaven.

We see in the words of Jesus the importance of humility in our approach toward God, additionally there is a big PLUS in this story.  Plus, we see the loving way Jesus receives children.   This same way of receiving children is found in our mission statement, “We exist to better prepare our children for the classroom and beyond, through the love of Christ.”

Love

Love is patient and kind.

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. (1 Cor 13:4-7 NLT)

The love described in the Bible verses above are powerful and our reflected in the heart of believers in Jesus.  Love can propel learning in children and that is our hope for all the children we serve.
