Lograr que los ni\u00f1os escuchen las instrucciones y la sabidur\u00eda de los adultos puede ser todo un reto. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Como madre, he aprendido que mis hijas me siguen m\u00e1s cuando se sienten seguras emocional y f\u00edsicamente.<\/p>

Como maestro, he descubierto que es necesario que exista un v\u00ednculo similar de confianza para que los alumnos me escuchen y pongan en pr\u00e1ctica lo que les ense\u00f1o.<\/p>

Hay que convencerlos de que realmente estoy a su favor y no en su contra.<\/p>

Si est\u00e1s leyendo esto, probablemente no te sean ajenas las frustraciones que surgen al lidiar con ni\u00f1os que no quieren escucharte.<\/p>

No quieren recibir la sabidur\u00eda que t\u00fa tienes.<\/p>

Prefieren hacerlo a su manera, aunque su manera sea incorrecta o destructiva.<\/p>

Seamos sinceros, \u00a1esto puede molestarnos bastante a los adultos! Especialmente cuando sabemos que podr\u00edamos ayudar a nuestros hijos a evitar tener que pasar por ciertas experiencias.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pero hay buenas noticias. Cuando pienso en Dios como Padre, recuerdo que \u00c9l es fiel, amoroso y consolador.<\/p>

\u00c9l siempre est\u00e1 a favor de sus hijos. No en contra de ellos.<\/p>

Es simplemente un buen, buen Padre.<\/p>

Sin duda, ha sido Su bondad hacia m\u00ed (cuando he metido la pata mil veces) lo que me ha dado el valor para obedecerle. S\u00e9 que Dios realmente me respalda y desea lo mejor para m\u00ed. Lo he visto una y otra vez a lo largo de mi vida.<\/p>

Por eso, he aprendido a confiar en \u00c9l.<\/p>

\u00a1No creo que sea exagerado aprender una o dos lecciones de nuestro Padre Celestial cuando se trata de lograr que nuestros hijos nos escuchen!<\/p>

Ya seas padre, maestro o desempe\u00f1es cualquier otra funci\u00f3n de liderazgo en la vida de un ni\u00f1o, tu paciencia, amabilidad, sinceridad y capacidad para cumplir tu palabra les proporcionar\u00e1n una seguridad en la que podr\u00e1n confiar.<\/p>

Cuando confiamos en las personas, las respetamos. \u00a1Les damos espacio para influir en nuestras vidas de una manera que quiz\u00e1 no le dar\u00edamos a aquellos en quienes no confiamos!<\/p>

Rezo para que, si tienes dificultades para que los ni\u00f1os a tu cargo te escuchen, te tomes un tiempo para reflexionar y ver qu\u00e9 formas hay de generar confianza con ellos.<\/p>
