Si hay un ejemplo que Cristo nos dio como creyentes, es que la esencia del liderazgo es el servicio. Estamos llamados a dar ejemplo de lo que significa ser grande a trav\u00e9s del servicio amoroso a aquellos que se encuentran en nuestra esfera de influencia. Los l\u00edderes del Son's Children Learning Center saben de primera mano lo que significa servir. Hay muchas formas de servir y es una de las cosas que realmente me encantan de la organizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Tuve la incre\u00edble oportunidad de sentarme con la Sra. Crystal, la maestra principal de nuestra clase de beb\u00e9s. Quer\u00eda escuchar su opini\u00f3n sobre el liderazgo de servicio y c\u00f3mo lo aplica con los ni\u00f1os y los padres a los que atiende cada d\u00eda. Espero que esto te llegue al coraz\u00f3n, como lo hizo al m\u00edo, y que despierte al servidor que hay en ti.<\/p>\n\n

B: \u00a1Hola, Crystal! Me da mucho gusto estar contigo. Me gustar\u00eda saber qu\u00e9 piensas sobre el liderazgo de servicio. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 crees que ser un l\u00edder de servicio es importante para el trabajo que haces aqu\u00ed en el centro?<\/p>\n\n

C: Para m\u00ed es importante porque cuando Dios nos dio a su hijo, Jes\u00fas, \u00a1lo primero que hizo fue servir a su pueblo! Sin importar su origen o en qu\u00e9 momento de la vida se encontraran. Y nosotros estamos llamados a vivir como \u00c9l lo hizo cuando estuvo aqu\u00ed. \u00c9l no estaba a favor de las jerarqu\u00edas. Era carpintero. \u00a1Ten\u00eda un trabajo que, por naturaleza, era un servicio a los dem\u00e1s! No solo serv\u00eda con palabras, \u00a1sino que esa era su verdadera profesi\u00f3n! Necesitamos esa mentalidad porque as\u00ed es como vivi\u00f3 Jes\u00fas.<\/p>\n\n

B: \u00a1Qu\u00e9 bien! Bueno, \u00bfy de qu\u00e9 manera se aplica eso aqu\u00ed en el centro?<\/p>\n\n

C: Algunas de las formas en que lo pongo en pr\u00e1ctica aqu\u00ed son, en primer lugar, dar la bienvenida a los pap\u00e1s cada ma\u00f1ana cuando traen a sus hijos. Para que se sientan c\u00f3modos y para demostrarles que les estoy atendiendo lo mejor que puedo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

B: \u00bfTienes hijos?<\/p>\n\n

C: *risas* S\u00ed, tengo dos.<\/p>\n\n

B: Ah, vale. \u00a1Entonces s\u00ed que sabes lo dif\u00edcil que puede ser dejar a tu hijo!<\/p>\n\n

C. S\u00ed. Porque s\u00e9 lo que se siente al dejar a mis hijos en alg\u00fan lugar y tener que confiar en esa persona para que cuide de ellos. No es f\u00e1cil. Por eso, quiero que se sientan bienvenidos, darles la bienvenida a sus hijos y emocionarme cuando los veo, para que puedan sentir esa energ\u00eda que emano. Quiero que sepan que realmente estoy aqu\u00ed para servirles.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

B: Me encanta eso. \u00bfTe sientes apoyado por el centro en tu liderazgo de servicio?<\/p>\n\n

C: S\u00ed. Con parte de la estructura y la capacitaci\u00f3n que se est\u00e1 implementando en el centro. Por ejemplo, Sarah, nuestra subdirectora, es una gran l\u00edder en el servicio porque lidera con el coraz\u00f3n. Es un gran ejemplo. Cuando me capacita, hago todo lo posible por aprender todo lo que puedo mientras la tengo a mi lado, porque s\u00e9 que est\u00e1 sirviendo al resto del centro.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n
