En Son\u2019s Children, damos mucho valor a la educaci\u00f3n, no solo para los ni\u00f1os a los que atendemos, sino tambi\u00e9n para los l\u00edderes que los forman. La alfabetizaci\u00f3n es extremadamente importante para el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad de nuestro centro de aprendizaje, nuestro plan de estudios y nuestros alumnos. A medida que seguimos aprendiendo, nos colocamos en una posici\u00f3n que nos permite aumentar nuestra comprensi\u00f3n y capacidad, lo que da gloria a Dios.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed les presentamos una entrevista destacada con una de las l\u00edderes de nuestro centro, Yvette. Tuve la oportunidad de hablar con ella mientras los ni\u00f1os jugaban afuera. B: Yvette, en el cuidado infantil se trabaja con ni\u00f1os de cualquier edad, desde beb\u00e9s hasta los 12 a\u00f1os. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 trabajas con ni\u00f1os de 3 y 4 a\u00f1os?<\/p>

Y: Porque una vez que empec\u00e9 a ense\u00f1arles, me encantaba ver ese momento de revelaci\u00f3n en el que se les encend\u00eda la bombilla.<\/p>

B: Eso est\u00e1 muy bien. \u00bfMe puedes hablar de c\u00f3mo ves la educaci\u00f3n? \u00bfQu\u00e9 importancia tiene para ti?\u00a0<\/p>

Y: La educaci\u00f3n es y siempre ha sido importante para m\u00ed. \u00a1Me importaba m\u00e1s la educaci\u00f3n que el dinero! Siempre hay conocimientos ah\u00ed fuera. Siempre hay algo que aprender. Nunca se deja de aprender, y no siempre es en los libros. Est\u00e1 en las personas y en las cosas. La educaci\u00f3n es lo m\u00e1s importante para m\u00ed.\u00a0<\/p>

B: Es una perspectiva estupenda. Me encanta. Entonces, \u00bfpuedes decirme d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la conexi\u00f3n entre la educaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1s siguiendo ahora y tu forma de ense\u00f1ar a tus hijos?<\/p>

Y: Su juego. El juego es mucho m\u00e1s que solo jugar, y eso lo aprend\u00ed en mi clase. Ahora mismo est\u00e1n aprendiendo a mantener el equilibrio, a resolver problemas, a pensar de forma cr\u00edtica, a controlar sus emociones, a socializar con los dem\u00e1s, habilidades ling\u00fc\u00edsticas y desarrollo cerebral.<\/p>

B: Muy bien. \u00bfCrees que los ni\u00f1os pueden notar la diferencia entre un maestro que contin\u00faa su formaci\u00f3n y uno que no lo hace?<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Y: Buena pregunta. S\u00e9 que pueden darse cuenta, por ejemplo, de si un maestro est\u00e1 teniendo un buen d\u00eda o un mal d\u00eda. Por eso, creo que si el maestro sabe c\u00f3mo aplicar su formaci\u00f3n en el sal\u00f3n de clases para que los ni\u00f1os puedan aprender, ellos se dar\u00e1n cuenta.\u00a0<\/p>

B: Lo entiendo, porque los maestros abordan su trabajo de manera diferente cuando tienen formaci\u00f3n en las \u00e1reas que ense\u00f1an. Bien, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son algunos de los beneficios inmediatos que est\u00e1s notando en tu sal\u00f3n de clases como resultado de tu formaci\u00f3n?<\/p>

Y: Para m\u00ed, es la forma en que se me ocurren las actividades ahora que estoy tratando de ense\u00f1arles. Les encanta jugar y aprenden mejor cuando juegan. As\u00ed que tengo que ense\u00f1arles de una manera que les entusiasme.\u00a0<\/p>

B: Eso es maravilloso. Ahora, d\u00e9jame preguntarte esto. \u00bfHubo alg\u00fan temor que tuvieras que superar para volver a la escuela?<\/p>

Y: Solo ten\u00eda que dejar de ser perezoso y salir de mi zona de confort. Siempre me ha gustado la escuela. Me encantaba aprender por mi cuenta, pero me hab\u00eda acomodado en mi vida. As\u00ed que necesitaba salir de ese espacio. \u00a1Ese era realmente el \u00fanico miedo que ten\u00eda que superar!<\/p>

Yvette est\u00e1 tomando medidas inmediatas en relaci\u00f3n con los cursos en los que est\u00e1 inscrita actualmente. Adem\u00e1s, ya estamos viendo el gran impacto que est\u00e1 teniendo la continuaci\u00f3n de su educaci\u00f3n en su estilo de ense\u00f1anza.\u00a0<\/p>

Espero que esto les anime, ya sean padres, miembros de la comunidad o socios, a ver los maravillosos beneficios de la educaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo est\u00e1 creando una cultura de crecimiento positivo en el centro. \u00a1Seguiremos avanzando en nuestro aprendizaje para poder guiar eficazmente a nuestros futuros l\u00edderes!\u00a0<\/p>
